Purchase Ledger Administrator Job – Automotive Purchase Ledger – Purchase Ledger Admin in Welham Green, Hertfordshire.
Salary: £20-25k + Bonus Scheme.
Hours: 37.5 Per Week.
Our client is a well established main Dealer looking for an experienced Purchase Ledger Administrator to join their team.
Your duties may include:
Bank Reconciliations including posting bank payments and receipts
Petty Cash Reconciliations and maintaining
Supplier account reconciliation
Supplier cheque run processing
Company credit card summarising and reconciling
Fuel Card summary and reconciling
Month End Spread sheet Analytical work
Maintaining of filing for paid and unpaid invoices
Sage and Microsoft competency/experience
General Administration Duties
Motor trade experience is preferable but not essential
The ideal candidate will have a friendly attitude and hard working manner, they will be punctual and able to work from their own initiative.
