Driven Motor Jobs are looking for a Senior Service Advisor / Service Team Leader for their client in Waterbeach, Cambridgeshire, who is a well established main dealership offering a highly competitive package and fantastic benefits.
As a Service Team Leader within this organisation you will receive all the usual benefits working for a professional franchised business.
The Service Team Leader is to manage and control the running of the service department. You will train and develop the staff and continue to improve customer satisfaction, including improving processes and efficiencies as well as marketing the service department to continue growth through this busy franchise department.
Type of Role:
The position is a full time permanent role.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
*Fully responsible for the departments P & L and budgets
*Management of customer satisfaction
*Training and development of staff
*Management and control of WIP, warranty and debtors
*Aftersales Franchise Standards
*Workshop diary and bookings
*Technicians efficiencies, idle time and recovery rates
Experience & Requirements:
It is essential that you have previous experience within a Main Dealership Service Department. The ideal person will have previous experience of being a Service Advisor / Senior Service Advisor / Service Reception Manager, a good communicator, well organised, sets high standards and can deliver results. A full UK driving licence is essential.
